Our GPS is our specialized algorithm for identifying the best location for clinic placement. We use in-depth US census data to analyze the entire US and identify areas with a high likelihood of success. The factors that we identify include Income, average age, yearly medical expenditures, payer (insurer) mix, and geographical access. We pull all of these together for our “GPS” to tell us where to go next.






Our Blueprint for FRAIMWORK acts as the map to smooth and successful clinic expansion. Blueprint is a meticulously detailed collection of the operational details of our clinics. This allows us to ensure quality control and compliance across all clinics.
We strongly believe that nothing is ever perfect so these documents and processes are continuously evolving to prevent any repetition of problems and to adapt to any new regulations within the market. Some of the procedures that are documented include Clinic upstart steps, the introduction of new modalities, training of new employees, supplies sourcing, compliance, and employee recruitment.

The first is direct-to-consumer marketing. We utilize a thoroughly tested model that reaches our targeted demographic through numerous channels. Some of these include digital marketing, television marketing, and print advertising.
Our second pillar is healthcare provider marketing. We build an extensive provider referral network through education and collaboration with the local healthcare community.
